BTCA 2022 Dam of Merit Awards Application

Use this form for the following awards:

Register of Merit (ROM) - To qualify for this Award: Dams – 4 Titled Offspring.
Register of Merit Excellent (ROMX) - To qualify for this award: Dams – 6 Titled Offspring.
Register of Merit Supreme (ROMS) - To qualify for this award: Dams – 10 Titled Offspring.

Eligibility is based upon the owner belonging to the BTCA at time of the application. Awards are processed annually.

  2. Include the registered name, AKC registration number, and birthday of all offspring. ONE PER LINE. Add additional lines as needed.
