BTCA Webmail Instructions
All Officers, Directors and Committee chairs have Club-based emails to use as the email of record. This helps
keep our club contact information correct, regardless of the contact for the committee and gives a professional
appearance when dealing various organizations.
For Officers and Directors – your email accounts have been set up without forwarding enabled, as all Club
business is to be conducted through your club email address.
For Committee Chairs only — the email accounts have been set up with forwarding currently enabled to your
personal email addresses. Below are the instructions for you to login to webmail so that you may send from
that address and/or change the forwarding. If you prefer to set up the email account as an inbox on your
phone/tablet/computer in lieu of using webmail, please follow the instructions below.

Set up your signature:
Chose Settings → Identities → Select your email address
To change forwarding:
From the menu on the left choose “Forwarders”
To change your password:
From the menu on the left choose “Login Credentials”
To setup an inbox on your phone, tablet or computer:
Username: username@biewerterrierclubofamerica.org
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.biewerterrierclubofamerica.org
IMAP Port: 993
POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: mail.biewerterrierclubofamerica.org
SMTP Port: 465
