Sire of the Year Award Application

Use this form for the following award:

Awarded to any sire who produced the most Champion titled offspring during the current calendar year.

Eligibility is based upon the owner belonging to the BTCA at the time of the application. Awards are processed annually.

Include the registered name, AKC registration number, and DATE CH title was earned within the year applying for the award of all offspring. ONE PER LINE. Add additional lines as needed.
- Minimum of 2 Champion dogs is required for eligibility
- A dog may only be submitted one time, even when co-owed.
