Instructions

Eligibility is based upon the owner belonging to the BTCA at the time of the application. Awards are processed annually.

Please check and/or circle all appropriate titles – Asterisks indicate the number of points earned for the title

  1. Download & Complete the application
    • Stars/points count only once per level
    • Each star (asterisk) = 1 point
  2. Include proof of titles earned – i.e. copies of certificates.
  3. Come back to this page and fill out your name and contact information and upload your completed application and proof of titles earned.
